Per Se Group has a great new job opportunity for a CNC Laser Operator with our reputable client. In this role, you will operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts safely, efficiently, and productively. This position is a contract to hire, second shift position, with a weekly schedule of 40 hours from Monday through Thursday. You will be working with a well-established company in industrial manufacturing with great opportunities for growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

Arrive on time and prepared for work each day.

Operate CNC burn machines to produce quality parts efficiently.

Properly complete all required paperwork.

Obtain new part approval before full production.

Read and interpret blueprints, tape measures, and squares accurately.

Assist in clearing cut parts from the table.

Maintain a clean and functional machine, including torches.

Authority:

Determine if parts meet specifications and require recutting.

Ensure the machine and torches are clean, level, and in proper working condition.

Performance Metrics:

Maintain a nonconformance rate of less than 2%.

Meet performance expectations as outlined in company evaluations.
