Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a CNC Laser Operator I for its Mesquite/Dallas area shop in TX. The role involves setting up and operating CNC Laser or Plasma equipment to produce parts per tight customer specs, with heavy emphasis on blueprint reading and precision measurement.

The team expects accuracy, safety, and adherence to 5S and documentation practices. The position offers 2nd shift and weekend options, with a daily schedule around 8 hours, overtime as needed, and a pay rate around $18–$19/hour

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC Laser or Plasma cutting machinery (Mazak, Amada, or similar).
• Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and handheld precision measuring tools.
• Basic shop math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Produce machined parts using CNC Mill/Lathe, meeting tolerances and specs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Ensure proper setup and tooling for each job; use overhead crane as needed.
