Job summary

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Laser Operators for an HVAC manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. You will set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment, load and unload sheet metal, and verify parts meet quality and dimensional specs.

Ideal candidates have prior CNC laser experience, can read blueprints and engineering drawings, and follow safety procedures with PPE. You will also maintain production records and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing team.
