The position requires reading engineering drawings, using precision measuring tools, and a commitment to reliability and continuous improvement. Electric safety and PPE compliance are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process instructions.
• Capability to use common measuring equipment for sheet metal.
• Demonstrated reliability and attendance.
• Willingness to participate in continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Laser machine per procedures.
• Verify safety features at shift start and report issues.
• Read and follow work instructions, prints and routers.
• Use measuring tools to verify part tolerances.
• Maintain machine and tooling, perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Identify issues and coordinate with supervisor for fixes.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
