The role offers a 2nd shift (Mon–Thurs, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM) with focus on reliability, tooling setup, and adherence to specifications. Must read blueprints and be comfortable with measurements.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of CNC laser cutting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience cutting aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
• Ability to read blueprints and setup sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate laser and related equipment safely and accurately.
• Load and unload parts and materials into machines.
• Monitor machines during operation and detect malfunctions.
• Assemble and process parts according to specifications.
• Inspect finished products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Record production and operational data as needed.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures consistently.
• Support general manufacturing tasks on the shop floor.
