CNC Laser Operator

Location: Sidney, OH

Shift:3rd shift; S-W 7:55PM-6AM

Overtime: Thur - Sat 9:55PM-6AM with OT on the weekends.

Schedule Flexibility: This area has been frequently working up to 7 day work weeks so the ability to work overtime is a must

Responsibilities:

• Operate, start up, and shut down CNC fiber laser equipment
• Select proper nozzles and machine settings for materials being processed
• Load programs and adjust machine parameters for optimal performance
• Perform quality checks and complete required documentation
• Follow work instructions, schedules, and production routers
• Communicate machine and quality issues to maintenance and quality teams

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED preferred but not required
• Basic reading, writing, and advanced math skills
• Ability to use hand tools and operate machinery
• Experience measuring, cutting, and working with precision
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. repetitively and 50 lbs. with assistance

Work Environment:

• Manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, oils, chemicals, and varying temperatures
• Proper PPE required, including eye, ear, and foot protection
• Must maintain focus on quality, productivity, and safety goals
