Job summary

Symbiotic Services in Denton, TX is seeking a skilled CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. The role involves setting up Amada ENSIS fiber laser systems, loading materials, running programs, and performing quality checks on metal parts.

You will maintain tooling, monitor gas systems, and uphold safety and 5S standards. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 6 months to 2 years of CNC experience, with blueprints reading and precision measurement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months to 2 years CNC operation or sheet metal fabrication experience preferred.
• Previous CNC laser cutting experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints, cut lists, and production travelers.
• Proficiency with calipers, tape measures, and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Amada ENSIS fiber laser cutting systems and automated loading/unloading equipment.
• Load sheet metal materials (steel, stainless, aluminum, galvanized) and verify type, gauge, quantity.
• Initiate programmed cutting jobs, monitor performance, and adjust as needed.
• Unload, sort, label, and stage finished components and scrap.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections with precision tools.
