Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on CNC experience.
• Knowledge of G-code and M-code.
• Experience with mills, lathes, grinders, tumblers.
• Ability to read drawings and verify tolerances.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Set up CNC machines for production runs.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring instruments.
• Adjust CNC programs and tool offsets for quality.
• Document production activities and quality results.
• Collaborate with engineering and QA to resolve issues.
• Adhere to safety procedures in the shop.
• Provide training and technical support to personnel.
• Operate drill presses with multiple heads as needed.
