Are you passionate about precision machining and looking to take your career to the next level? We are currently seeking an experienced CNC ID/OD Grinder to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent position that offers an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art CNC machinery and be part of a team that values quality, innovation, and efficiency. Responsibilities

As a CNC ID/OD Grinder, your primary responsibilities will include

• Operating and maintaining CNC ID/OD grinding machinery to produce high-quality parts in accordance with specified tolerances.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and other technical data to determine the best machining methods and sequences.
• Conducting regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
• Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
• Assisting in the training and development of junior staff members as needed.
• Keeping accurate records of all work performed, including machine operations, maintenance tasks, and quality control checks.
  
  

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the CNC ID/OD Grinder position will have the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in precision machining, specifically with CNC ID/OD grinding.
• A thorough understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with various measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• The ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects as needed.
