Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Proficiency with Lathe, Vertical Mill or Horizontal Mill.
• Knowledge of GD&T required.
• Ability to interpret and edit CNC programs (G & M codes).
• Experience reading blueprints and performing metrology.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Clear communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Career Readiness/Work Keys Silver level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety rules.
• Operate CNC Lathes, Vertical Mills, and/or Horizontal Mills.
• Read CNC programs and G & M codes.
• Edit CNC programs to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• Set up tooling and prepare fixtures for machining.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and written instructions.
• Apply geometrical tolerancing concepts.
• Perform machining with precise tolerances using various measuring tools.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Ensure on-time delivery of quality components.
