Job summary

Prince Industries Inc. in Pepperell, MA is seeking a CNC Horizontal Machinist II to operate Haas/Fanuc CNC mills and lathes with minimal supervision.

The role focuses on producing precise metal and non-metal components and requires diligent adherence to blueprints and ISO-quality procedures. You will work 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday through Friday, and join a team committed to safety, process improvement, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNC certification preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Able to work night shifts.
• Familiar with Haas and Fanuc controls.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
• Reads and interprets blueprints.
• Loads and unloads raw materials safely.
• Proficient in measuring instruments and tolerances.
• Operates CNC lathes and mills with minimal supervision; self-sufficient.
• Complies with ISO requirements and safety procedures.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the machine shop.
• Participates in process improvement initiatives.
