Job summary

Prince Industries is seeking a CNC Horizontal Machinist II to operate CNC milling and turning equipment, producing metallic and non-metallic components per blueprints. The role requires reliable, detail-focused work within a safety-minded environment.

The position runs 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, with responsibility for quality, tool selection, and proactive participation in process improvements. Candidates should have 2+ years in CNC machining and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from mechanical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Reads and interprets blueprints and part drawings.
• Loads and unloads raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Operates Haas or Fanuc CNC lathes and mills with minimal supervision.
• Uses gages and measuring instruments to verify tolerances.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of the machine shop.
• Participates in process improvement and adheres to ISO requirements.
