Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in CNC machining preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• In-depth knowledge of CNC milling machines and operations.
• Must be able to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks in a safe and responsible manner.
• Reads and interprets blueprints.
• Loads and unloads raw materials safely.
• Proficient in measuring instruments and gauges.
• Operates CNC lathes and mills with minimal supervision.
• Maintains ISO compliance and safety procedures.
• Participates in process improvement within the department.
