Qualifications

• Willingness to perform physical labor in a production environment.
• Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, scraps, and finished parts around CNC and laser work areas.
• Maintain organization of storage racks, pallets, and tool areas.
• Perform shop cleaning tasks including sweeping, scrap removal, and floor upkeep.
• Assist with packaging, staging, and palletizing parts.
• Transport fixtures, tooling, and consumables to designated machine areas.
• Support operators by preparing workstations and clearing completed jobs.
• Follow safety rules and wear required PPE.
