ARCH Cutting Tools is looking for an experienced CNC Grinder/Machinist to join our team. Day 1 benefits and competitive pay. Opportunity for advancement into a Team Leader for the right person.

Summary

• Operate various CNC Grinders and manual Grinding Machines
• Troubleshoot any issues that come through your department
• Set up, operate, and maintain various grinding machines, including surface grinding, OD, and Bryant ID grinding.
• Supervise and train as needed, escalating serious situations to the Plant Supervisor.
• Work as a leader in your department to champion projects and questions.
• Report various metrics as needed.
• Be a "coach" for your group while also working as an all-star CNC Grinder, taking on complicated but rewarding work.
