Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, IGT Division, seeks an experienced multi-axis CNC creep feed grinder programmer/operator to advance precision grinding for complex parts used in gas turbines and aerospace.

You will load and program the creep feed process, set up machine parameters, and monitor quality using precision metrology tools while ensuring strict GMP and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of CNC grinding principles and programming.
• Well-versed in creep feed grinding techniques and limitations.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T specifications.

Responsibilities

• Load, program, and set up the creep feed grinding process per part drawings.
• Create/modify CNC programs for complex paths and geometries.
• Monitor grinding and perform in-process inspections with precision meters and gauges.
• Perform deburr operations and maintain tolerances.
• Design inspection fixtures/measuring processes and document findings.
• Troubleshoot machine/tool issues and ensure GMP compliance.
