SendCutSend Inc. is seeking a CNC Finishing Technician to contribute to precision and quality in our machining process. You will perform pre- and post-machining operations including raw material prep, detabbing, sanding, vapor honing, and inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and measurement instruments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new processes and take direction from Leads and Supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform pre-machining operations, including cutting raw material using a saw.
• Conduct post-machining operations such as detabbing, sanding, and vapor honing CNC parts.
• Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to verify accuracy and quality.
• Maintain and clean tools, machines, and work areas to ensure a safe, organized workspace.
• Package and prepare completed parts for shipment, ensuring accuracy and protection during transit.
• Follow production schedules, work orders, and quality standards.
• Work closely with the team to identify and resolve process issues or improvements.
• Operate safely and comply with all company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
