Job summary

Surestaff, LLC is hiring an experienced CNC Operator and Finishing Operator in Elgin, IL. The role requires operating CNC and finishing equipment, reading blueprints, and using computer controls in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong computer skills and a stable work history, able to work independently on a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour, BOE.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC and finishing equipment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills.
• Stable work history and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers or milling machines and load materials.
• Read blueprints and work orders; enter/select machine programs.
• Measure finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
