Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Associates degree with a Technical focus and 12 years of related experience in specific industry; or, 15 years of experience.
• Possesses understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems; ability to analyze problems and perform repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance across equipment; identify root causes and repair components.
• Source parts and supplies; evaluate alternatives to improve cost and reliability.
• Perform maintenance per industry standards; create standards and instructions for equipment.
• Direct customer counterparts in maintenance optimization and reliability processes.
• Set up and operate multiple machining operations and perform welding as needed.
• Follow safety policies and document work in reports and manuals.
