Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious CNC Field Service Technician with a strong understanding of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics to diagnose and resolve issues with machine tool equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of machine tools.
• Research machine issues using manuals, technical documents, and vendor resources.
• Document machine status, repairs, and installations accurately and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance and provide technical support and training.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry and product lines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in mechanical/electrical repair of CNC machines; Haas CNC experience a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics.
• Strong communication and technical skills.
• Physical ability to perform bending, lifting (up to 100 lbs with assistance), and other physical tasks.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours.
