Job summary

A regional distributor of CNC machine tools is seeking an ambitious CNC Field Service Technician. The technician will travel to customer sites for installation and maintenance of CNC equipment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and ensuring accurate documentation of repairs. Requirements: experience with CNC machine tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong technical skills. Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical/electrical repair of CNC machine tools; Haas CNC Repair background a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics beneficial.
• Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Traveling to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain machine tool equipment.
• Ensuring accurate documentation is completed and submitted regarding machine issues, repairs, and installations.
• Promoting and performing preventative maintenance on customer machine tools.
