A leading CNC machinery manufacturer seeks a Field Service Technician to install and repair CNC Lathes and Machining Centers. This role involves travel and training customers on machine functionalities, ensuring a safe work environment, and documenting all service activities. Candidates should have a high school diploma, technical training, and experience in the field. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills are required. This position entails both day travel and overnight stays in customer facilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Install CNC machines and accessories at customer sites.
• Diagnose and repair issues on machines at customer locations.
• Test operations of machines after installation or repairs.
• Train customers on machine functions.
• Complete detailed reports on installations and repairs.
• Utilize test equipment for troubleshooting.
