Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a CNC Machine Tool Field Service Specialist to support customers across the Pacific Northwest. This role involves installations, service calls, and preventive maintenance on CNC machining centers and turning centers, with emphasis on diagnosing and repairing PLC, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

You will resolve issues end-to-end, provide on-site training occasionally, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience installing, maintaining and repairing CNC machining centers and lathes.
Strong troubleshooting in PLC, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
Customer-first mindset with clear, professional communication.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day field service across the Pacific Northwest: installations, service calls, and preventive maintenance.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
Resolve customer issues end-to-end; provide sales support and occasional on-site training.
Communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and leadership; represent Ellison Technologies with integrity.
Document work thoroughly—maintain customer records and technical documentation.
Take full ownership of cases and projects; perform other related duties as assigned.
