Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a field service technician to service CNC machines across the San Antonio–Austin area. You will handle installations, preventive maintenance, and on-site repairs, traveling locally with minimal overnights.

Ideal candidates will have experience with CNC machining centers and turning centers, with strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical repair capabilities. The role requires professional communication and ownership of service cases.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service: service, installations and/or preventive maintenance for local market.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of people; represent Ellison Technologies professionally.
• Take ownership of all service cases and maintain customer records and documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.
