Job summary

SendCutSend Inc in Arlington, TX is seeking a hands-on CNC Laser Operator to set up, run, and monitor CNC fiber laser systems and related equipment. You will verify programs, tooling, and materials to ensure precise parts that meet customer specifications.

You will collaborate with team leads to hit daily production goals, perform routine maintenance, and keep a clean, safe work area aligned with LEAN and 5S principles.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret production drawings and flat patterns
• Ability to set up, operate, and monitor CNC fiber laser equipment
• Perform daily maintenance and inspect parts for quality
• Maintain a clean, safe work area per LEAN/5S principles

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC fiber lasers
• Load material and unload finished parts from machines
• Verify correct programs, tooling, and material prior to running jobs
• Perform machine startup, shutdown, and routine daily maintenance
• Install and set up punches, dies, and job tooling as required
• Read and interpret 2D and 3D drawings for proper laser and brake setup
• Measure parts using gauges and inspection tools to verify dimensions meet customer specifications
• Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Maintain LEAN/5S standards in the work area
• Assist with inventory of tooling such as punches and dies
• Perform other related duties as assigned
