Highlights
  • 4 ten hour shifts per week
  • First Shift : Monday - Thursday 5:00 am to 3:30 pm
  • Friday shift is considered overtime (time and half) after 40 hours and will be opened up depending on production schedule.

As a CNC Fabricator, you will be operating on of our computer-controlled machine in the Sheet Metal Department. The sheet metal department consists of several CNC sheetmetal bending machines, fiber laser cutting machines, and T5000 cutting machines. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their manufacturing journey in a clean, organized, and growth-focused workplace while performing the following duties:

  • Operate CNC machinery to produce sheet metal components across multiple product lines.
  • Perform tasks according to the daily production schedule and standard work instructions.
  • Use basic CNC controls and quality check tools to ensure a defect-free product.
  • Maintain equipment and tools and keep work areas clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and peers to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Identify and help resolve quality and production issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement (CI) initiatives like 5S, RCA, and Lean tools.
  • Participate in strategic company goals and training opportunities.

  • Basic computer literacy (Office Suite, ERP systems experience a plus)
  • No prior experience required — we provide training!
