Cambridge Air Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Electrical Technician to test and wire commercial/industrial HVAC equipment on our Missouri production lines. You will work with the manufacturing team to follow the production schedule and ensure quality.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (YOUR MISSION)

As an Electrical Technician, you will work side by side on one of our production lines testing and wiring commercial/industrial HVAC equipment based off our production schedule. WHO YOU ARE (WHAT QUALIFIES YOU FOR THIS MISSION)

You have a 2-year degree (Associates) in a related electrical field or 3-6 years related experience and/or training.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Compensation for this position includes a competitive base wage and annual uncapped profit based bonus plan tied to company goals and profitability.
• CAS offers comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401k plan.
• 4 ten hour shifts per week
• First Shift: Monday - Thursday 5 am to 3:00 pm
• Friday shift is considered overtime (time and half) after 40 hours and will be opened up depending on production schedule.
• Birthday day off, Holidays, Paid time off between Christmas and New Years, PTO (beginning day one)
