McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator in Dodge Center, MN to program, set up, and operate CNC equipment including laser/plasma cutting, shear, and milling centers. The role emphasizes meeting production needs while maintaining quality and safety.

Applicants should be capable of reading drawings, using calipers and tape measures, and handling heavy materials with basic hand tools. Competitive starting pay applies, with benefit options available.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of applicable position experience or an evaluated equivalent.
• Ability to use, read, and understand general tools used in fabrication (tape measure, protract, calipers, etc.).
• High School Diploma or GED is a standout qualification.

Responsabilités

• Maintain company quality and safety standards while operating equipment and performing job responsibilities.
• Read drawings to ensure productions of parts are within tolerance through using various measuring devices such as calipers, protractors, tape measures, etc.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Use of basic hand tools including wrenches, hammers, prybars, grinders, magnets, pliers, etc.
• Operate various types of lifting devices including vac lift, overhead, gantry, and jib cranes while handling material weights up to 10,000lbs.
