Petersen is seeking an Equipment Tech Supervisor to lead and develop a team of technicians responsible for CNC equipment in Ogden, UT. You will drive maintenance strategies, ensure safety standards, and coordinate with vendors to maximize uptime and efficiency.

Ideal candidates will have experience repairing CNC systems, strong leadership, and proficiency with CNC controller knowledge (Fanuc, Siemens, Allen Bradley).

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills are required for supervising technicians.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all operations and equipment tech personnel.
• Maintain a safe work environment and organize maintenance calls.
• Hire, train, and support new employees; document records and performance.
• Monitor quality of workmanship and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide technical support with CNC machinery, metrology, and electrical/pneumatic systems.
• Communicate company clarity and vision in meetings and through leadership actions.
