American Plastic Molding Corp. (APM) is seeking an experienced CNC & EDM Specialist to join our Tooling team.

This hands-on role programs, sets up, and operates CNC mills, lathes, Wire EDM, and Sinker EDM equipment while supporting mold repair and troubleshooting activities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of CNC machining and EDM experience, with strong programming skills and MasterCAM experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining and EDM experience.
• Strong CNC programming skills and experience with Wire EDM and Sinker EDM.
• Experience with mold repair and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment.
• MasterCAM experience preferred.
• Technical certification or associate degree in machining/manufacturing technology preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities
