Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC, EDM, and ECM machines per specifications.
• Study blueprints and setup instructions to determine machining requirements and tool lengths.
• Install workholding devices and secure workpieces on machine tables.
• Select tooling and place electrodes in the automatic tool changer as required.
• Monitor control panels and verify dimensions against process sheets.
• Inspect first-run pieces and record key dimensions with micrometers and dial gauges.
