Job summary

Closet Factory Inc is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to join our production team in Oregon. The role involves operating CNC machines and an edge banding machine, with preferred experience in making laminate countertops.

A valid driver’s license and a team-oriented mindset are required. You will collaborate with the shop crew to ensure high-quality outputs, follow the 32mm system in design/manufacturing, and help maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator.
• Experience with edge banding machines.
• Preferred experience in making laminate counter tops.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
• Spanish-speaking is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
