Lenco Armored Vehicles, a U.S.-based manufacturer of specialized armored vehicles, seeks a CNC Department Supervisor to oversee the Laser and Press Brake departments. You will ensure precision production of armor plate components using state-of-the-art CNC machinery and lead a high-output machine shop focused on high-tolerance fitment for armored platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years leadership in CNC shop or heavy fabrication.
• Expertise in CNC programming and Trumpf equipment.
• Understand heavy-gauge steel behavior under pressure and bend allowances.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and drawings.
• Strong measurement and quality-control background.
• Experience moving heavy materials with overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Proven math skills and high attention to detail for CNC fabrication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team of operators of Trumpf CNC laser cutting and hydraulic press brake equipment.
• Direct the workflow from initial laser cut to final precision bend.
• Review blueprints and CAD drawings to ensure accuracy.
• Oversee tooling and dies selection for heavy-gauge armor steel.
• Maintain a preventive maintenance program for CNC equipment.
• Monitor quality with calipers, protractors, and squares.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards for material handling and operation.
