Job summary

Lenco Armored Vehicles in the United States is seeking a First Shift Press Brake Operator to shape armor plate components with precision. You will set up hydraulic press brakes, select tooling, and verify parts against engineering drawings.

You should have proven experience with Trumpf press brakes, working with high-strength steel, and reading fabrication drawings. This is a stable, full-time role with overtime opportunities and a chance to contribute to mission-driven products protecting first

Qualifications

• Experience reading fabrication drawings and blueprints.
• Strong precision measurement skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of bend allowances and material spring-back.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate hydraulic press brakes to bend armor plate components.
• Select proper tooling and dies based on thickness and bend requirements.
• Verify part accuracy using calipers, protractors, and squares.
• Interpret bend sequences and dimensions from engineering drawings.
• Perform routine maintenance on press brake machinery.
• Ensure all finished parts meet strict quality control standards.
