Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented with strong safety and quality focus.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints.
• Skilled with measuring tools and hand tools.
• Must be able to operate forklifts and cranes with valid certifications.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate CNC cutting equipment (oxyfuel, plasma, laser) per specs.
• Set up machines, replace tooling, and adjust fixtures.
• Perform first-piece inspection and monitor dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
