Job summary

U.S. Tsubaki in Sandusky, OH, seeks a manufacturing associate to operate bending presses and related equipment, ensuring quality and safety. You will read blueprints, select tooling, and monitor gauges throughout production.

The role follows a four-day week, ten hours per day, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime as needed. This position is safety sensitive and requires a high‑school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Able to perform moderately active work typical of a manufacturing plant environment.
• Safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

• Sets up and operates bending presses and heating units for hot or cold bending, forming or offsetting.
• Sets up and operates profile cutting machine, crane, robotic scrap disposal, machining center and parts marker.
• Monitors gauges and controls and makes necessary adjustments.
• Read and interprets blueprints; ensures quality and material meets specs.
• Maintains safety and quality to ISO specifications.
• Communicates with Design Engineer and peers for process improvements.
