Job summary

Hi-Tek Manufacturing, Inc. in Mason, OH, is seeking a CNC Grind: Creep Feed Operator on 2nd shift. You will operate creep feed grinding equipment, load/unload parts, inspect with precision tools, and communicate any changes.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a CNC machining certificate or relevant experience, and a working knowledge of G and M codes. ITAR US person status required; aerospace experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNC Machining certificate or acceptable work experience.
• Must meet the definition of a U.S. person under ITAR.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC flat surface and creep feed grinding equipment to produce correct parts.
• Interpret drawings, travelers, and op sheets to meet specs.
• Verify conformance using precision measuring tools and CMMs.
• Maintain knowledge of CNC principles and G/M codes.
• Document actions in control charts and ERP system.
• Work safely and follow NADCAP/AS9100 standards.
