Qualifications

• Inspect finished parts with tape measures, calipers, squares, etc.
• Change tooling, perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting.

The CNC Coping Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in York, PA.

• Operate CNC coping and cutting equipment to process structural steel beams, columns, channels, and other components.
• Responsible for machine setup, operation, material handling, quality inspection, and meeting production schedules.

Qualifications

• Set up and operate CNC coping/cutting machines.
• Read and interpret structural steel shop drawings and dimensions.
• Load/unload steel using overhead cranes and forklifts.
• Perform coping, cutting, drilling, and other programmed operations.
• Inspect finished parts using tape measures, calipers, squares, and other measuring tools.
• Perform tooling changes, basic machine adjustments, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and productive work area.
