Job summary

Arcosa Shoring Products in Michigan is seeking a Control/Process Operator to set up and operate CNC milling equipment, performing heating, forming, drilling, and finishing of metal parts. You will read blueprints, measure with a tape, troubleshoot programming issues, and ensure quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading material, transferring it to storage, and supporting a 2nd shift schedule (4pm–1:30am).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to read tape measure.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain a professional work environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
