Markent Personnel is seeking a CNC Cell Lead for large-scale milling in the Duluth, MN area.

You will own setups on large milling centers, edit G-code, mentor operators, and collaborate with design and welding teams; competitive pay up to $34/hr with profit sharing and full benefits in a direct-hire, 1st shift role.

This position requires a 2-year technical diploma, deep experience with independent setups, GD&T, and proficiency with controller-level G-code.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical diploma or associate degree in CNC machining.
• Proven depth in independent setups on large milling centers.
• Strong G-code editing and GD&T knowledge.
• US citizenship or green card holder; reside within driving radius of Duluth, MN.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex independent setups on large-scale CNC milling centers.
• Edit G-code and optimize programs at the controller.
• Interpret drawings and apply GD&T to sequence operations.
• Mentor junior operators and lead on the shop floor.
• Collaborate with design engineering and welding teams to resolve roadblocks.
