Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake machines per specifications.
• Read blueprints, drawings, work orders and use measuring instruments.
• Install tooling, dies and machine programs.
• Verify material type, thickness and dimensions before production.
• Perform first-piece inspections and adjust to meet quality standards.
• Monitor production runs and inspect finished parts for accuracy.
• Troubleshoot machine and tooling issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production and quality records and follow safety policies.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping duties.
