Johnson Controls, Silent-Aire division, is seeking a CNC Brake Press Machine Operator for the 2nd shift in Phoenix, AZ. Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 pm–12:30 am. Starting pay: $24+ per hour DOE.
Responsibilities include loading, programming, and operating brake press equipment, while maintaining safety and quality. Preferred candidates have at least 3 years in CNC Brake Press operations, can read blueprints, and fabricate parts per schematics under supervision.

The primary role of the CNC Brake Press Machine Operator is to facilitate the assembly and fabrication of products, which may require the use of sheet metal manipulation machinery. Operator will prepare, set up and adjust CNC Press Brake as required by product plans and production schedules. Operator must be able to load, pre-programmed and create own programs to bend. Operator will also adhere to safety protocols of involved with operating heavy machinery as well as personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines.
