Job summary

The role requires following routings, performing first-piece inspections, and documenting quality records, with occasional overtime and a 3rd shift schedule after training.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow work order routings and complete associated paperwork per procedures.
• Perform first-piece inspection to ensure parts meet blueprint specs and tolerances.
• Train new operators on CNC equipment setup and operation.
• Progress to proficiency on various machines under supervision or crew-leader instruction.
• Communicate machine-related issues and part availability to supervisor.
