You will read blueprints, set up tooling and workholding, and ensure parts meet engineering specs. The schedule is Mon-Fri with potential overtime; pay ranges from $30–$40 per hour with benefits and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC boring mills (horizontal/vertical) on large components.
• Proficient in G-code or M-code programming and interpretation.
• Strong Mastercam CAD/CAM skills for programming and editing.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineered drawings.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC boring mills to precise specs.
• Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
• Read blueprints and verify tolerances against specs.
• Determine tooling, workholding, and machine setups for large parts.
• Inspect finished parts and troubleshoot programming issues.
