You will own the full bending workflow—from programming through setup and operation—for Trumpf CNC press brakes. The role requires 2–3 years of CNC press brake experience with a Trumpf background, solid blueprint literacy, and the ability to optimize process parameters within Trumpf ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years operating CNC press brakes with Trumpf background preferred.
• Strong blueprint literacy and ability to calculate/adjust bend allowances.
• Ability to optimize parameters within Trumpf ecosystems for repeatable quality.
• Maintain safety and productivity while standing throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the full bending workflow—programming, setup, and operation—on Trumpf CNC press brakes.
• Choose, install, and align the correct Trumpf tooling for each bend sequence to maintain tight tolerances.
• Turn blueprints and 3D models into process plans, determining bend order and allowances.
• Validate accuracy with first-article inspections using precision calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
