Tom Trese in Sidney, Ohio is seeking a CNC Bender Operator / Fabricator to join a precision metal fabrication team. You will set up, program, and operate manual and CNC tube bending equipment, reading blueprints and following quality procedures.

This full-time role offers a clean, air-conditioned shop with updated equipment and strong training. Compensation ranges from $22 to $27 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, Ameriflex card, 401(k), profit sharing, life and disability

Qualifications

• Experience in metal forming, welding, or tube bending environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning skills.
• Experience with part layout and quality inspection techniques. Comfortable using measuring tools and verifying part accuracy.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate manual and CNC tube bending machines.
• Follow established quality procedures and complete documentation as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using a variety of measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Provide job status updates and communicate production progress.
• Troubleshoot issues and support problem-solving on the shop floor.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
