Keystone Distinction Group in Sidney, Ohio is seeking a CNC Bender Operator / Fabricator to join a growing team in a modern, air-conditioned facility. The role focuses on precise tube bending, forming, welding, and quality inspection in a busy machine shop environment.

We offer full-time hours (7am-3:30pm), pay ranges of $22.00–$27.00/hour based on experience, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, life and disability coverage, and an Ameriflex card.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal forming, welding, or tube bending environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning skills.
• Experience with part layout and quality inspection techniques; comfortable using measuring tools and verifying part accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate manual and CNC tube bending machines
• Follow established quality procedures and complete documentation as needed
• Inspect finished parts using a variety of measuring tools
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Provide job status updates and communicate production progress
• Troubleshoot issues and support problem-solving on the shop floor
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Job Title: CNC Bender Operator / Fabricator

Shift Hours: Full-Time 7am-3:30pm
