Job summary

Software Placement Group is seeking a CNC Bender Operator / Fabricator for its Sidney, Ohio fabrication shop. Join a well-established, air-conditioned facility with updated equipment and strong training to contribute to high-quality production for diverse clients.

You will set up, program, and operate manual and CNC tube bending machines, read blueprints, inspect parts, and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in metal forming, welding, or tube bending environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints (required).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and reasoning skills.
• Experience with part layout and quality inspection techniques.
• Comfortable using measuring tools and verifying part accuracy.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to quality, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Location: Sidney, Ohio | Schedule: Full-Time, on-site, 7am-3:30pm | Compensation: $22.00–$27.00/hour based on experience
