Armstrong World Industries' Architectural Components Group, Inc. (ACGI) in Marshfield, MO is seeking a CNC Beam Saw Operator for the 2nd shift. You will safely produce quality veneered core products on Beam Saw machines and support the production team.

Qualificações

• Dependable, punctual, good attendance.
• Enjoys running equipment and achieving the desired output.
• Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and make micro-adjustments.
• Able to interact well with others to ensure safety, quality and delivery.
• Able to read, understand and follow Standard Work Sheets, Manufacturing Drawings, Routers and Travelers.
• Must be able to start up and shut down machines.
• Must retain information and follow instructions.
• Overtime as needed.
• Able to read and understand Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Some knowledge of ACGI wood products, sheet goods and finishing preferred.
• 1-3 years of past manufacturing experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic computer navigation with Windows.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Responsabilidades

• Operate Beam Saw Machines and ensure safe production of veneered cores.
• Ensure safety and maintain clean, safe work area.
• Maintain high attention to detail and quality of work.
• Oversee machine start-up and shut-down and paperwork flow.
• Communicate key information to Supervisors and team leads in a timely manner.
