Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Interest in CNC machining, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn precision machining techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or technical drawings is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
